Philosophy
I used to think real business was only in factories, real estate, and petrol pumps.
When I started building in tech, I learned a brutal lesson through early failures: a good product is useless without attention, and attention is useless without a good product and strong branding. You miss one, you fail. I had to learn how to master all three.
Who I Am
I am Ishinder Singh. I'm 21 years old and I've been building and hustling since I was 17.
My path wasn't linear. At 18, I tried my hand at real estate sales. At 19, I worked alongside plumbers and electricians just to understand blue-collar execution. I even started a real estate firm, "Ishinder's Estate", which gained early traction.
But I ultimately found my true leverage in technology. Today, I split my time between scaling EdTech at RoboFlix and pushing the boundaries of AI and Robotics for international clients under Xair.
When I'm off-duty, I study mindfulness, play chess, and ride horses.

Ship fast, get feedback, improve in a loop. Don't wait for the best time. You can't be perfect on paper.
3. Stoic Equilibrium
Never too happy, never too sad. Bad times go by, good times go by. The key is to live in the moment and practice mindfulness to reset a racing mind.
